Approval: Payroll Warrant November 25- December 7, 2024 C. Approval: Just Cause Eviction petition and set public hearings for January 27, 2025 and February 3, 2025 D. Approval: Certified Local Government Designation E. Approval: Overview and Introduction of Amendments to Unified Land Use and and Development Regulations (ULUDR)- Act 181 Motion: Motion by Councilor Hurd and seconded by Councilor Judge to approve the items on the Consent Agenda. Voted and passed 4-0 V. Executive Session Pursuant to 1 V.S.A. § 313 which exempts from public (F) confidential attorney-client communications made for the purpose of professional legal services to the body. Voted and passed 4-0. Motion: to move into Executive Session at 6:17 pm to discuss this matter under the provisions of 1 V.S.A. § 313 inviting Elaine Wang, City Manager; Angela Aldieri, Finance Director; Jenny Willingham, City Clerk and Stephen Ellis by Councilor Hurd seconded by Councilor Oakleaf. Voted and passed 4-0 Motion: to exit executive session by Deputy Mayor Renner seconded by Councilor Judge at 6:35 pm. VI. Regular Items A. Approval: Proposed settlement agreement regarding Winooski Block assessment appeal - Elaine Wang, City Manager Motion: To approve settlement agreement regarding Winooski Block LLC assessment direct City Manager to execute the agreement by Councilor Judge seconded by Deputy Mayor Renner to direct the City Manager to execute a settlement Agreement with Winooski Block LLC. Voted and passed 4-0 V. Adjourn Motion: Motion to adjourn made by Councilor Oakleaf seconded by Deputy Mayor Renner. Voted and passed 4-0. Meeting adjourned at 6:39 pm.
