II. Call to Order at 6:01 PM Discussion: Annual Policy Strategies and Priorities Mayor Lott spoke on ways the Council and Staff can prioritize items to include in Strategies & Priorities for 2025. R A brief overview from staff of new items, including a possible staffing model analysis, as well as an overview of the Infrastructure. Council reviewed and prioritized areas of higher concern and focus. Discussion ensued from the Council on various items to include in the Strategies & Priorities in 2025. III. Adjourn D Motion: A motion was made by Councilor Oakleaf seconded by Thomas Renner to adjourn at 7:15 PM. Voted and passed 4-0.
