Nate B. Dagesse, 150 Franklin Street. This application is for a Planned Unit Development (PUD)—5 units. 2. Winooski Housing Authority, 87 Elm Street. This application is for Conditional Use review of a new office single story 5820 sq. ft. office building/accessory use structure. Reviews will be in accordance with the Winooski Zoning Ordinance and all applicable provisions of T. 24 VSA Ch. 117. Plans are available for review at City Hall during regular business hours. Participation in the hearing is required to maintain party status necessary for appeal.
