Approve Previous Meeting Minutes Motion by: Harland Second: Aaron Decision: 4-0 Minutes/Notes: David arrived after the vote therefore he was not included in the decision. V. Review of Rules and Procedures Eric provided an overview of the rules and procedures and included an email from Kevin D on his review of the document. Specific items were discussed and the DRB agreed that the format would be a good starting point for rules and procedures. Eric noted that he would prepare a draft to present at a future meeting. No action was required. VI. Update on Projects and Future Agenda Items Eric provided an overview and update on past projects and potential future projects that might be reviewed by the DRB.
