Public Comment None III. Approve Previous Meeting Minutes Decision: Approved Motion by: Maurice Matte Second: Ashley Lucht IV. Council Update Tax rate was approved by the Council and represented only a 2.3% increase instead of the predicted 2.8% due to higher than anticipated growth on Main Street. The Planning Commission will be bringing to Council language to incentive larger size rental units in the City in alignment with previous discussion regarding a need for more family housing. V. Approval: Elect Officer - Chair Decision: Approved Motion by: Maurice Matte Second: Shelden Goodwin Maurice Matte nominated Ashley Lucht as Chair. She agreed to serve. Shelden Goodwin announced she would be stepping down from the Commission as she will be moving out of the City. VI. Discussion: COVID Business Recovery Grant Guidelines Angela Aldieri reviewed the evaluation criteria of the COVID Business Recovery Grant guidelines to address any needed clarification before grants are reviewed at the next meeting.
