Yes l Maybe outreach to loan officers, just letting other banks know it exists l Jessica can reach out to client and lender network l if it rolls out more slowly, maybe that’s not a bad thing l do people run into any issues with inspections? Jessica: no inspections, appraisals + multiple offers l Deac: making decisions on the other two programs will probably be a lot more difficult l Council POV: housing quality has been a point of concern, have a list of the LLs who need the most help and database where it would be a great help l maybe could go to list first then to developer-type folks? l Direct marketing through code enforcement l should also make it clear that it is for buying a home IN Winooski, that it is a small amount of money in total, clear that it is a $1000 grant/$4000 loan X.
