Adjourn MINUTES The Mayor called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Deputy Mayor Colston. Members Present: Mayor Kristine Lott Council Members: Hal Colston, James Duncan, Amy Lafayette and Mike Myers Officers Present: Jessie Baker, City Manager, Janet Brouard, Sr Asst City Clerk; Angela Aldieri, Finance Director; Heather Carrington, Community and Economic Development Manager; Eric Vorwald, Planning & Zoning Manager; Jon Rauscher, Public Works Director; Ray Coffey, Community Services Director; John Audy, Fire Chief; Justin Huizenga, Lieutenant. Others Present: Matthew Walters and Nathan Beaman, Dos Archivos, LLC: Laura Stedenfeld and Sheila Fuentes, Omnes; Ali Nagle, Waking Windows; Eric Covey, Elsie Goodrich III. Regular Items a. Approval: 1st & 3rd Class Liquor License, Dos Archivos, LLC dba The Archives, 41 & 45 Main St formerly Oak 45 The Mayor invited Mr. Walters and Mr. Beaman up to share their intentions for the new request. They said they will be selling various types of craft beers, wine and cheese plates. They also will be having arcade games from the past. They are hoping to open sometime around the first of February. The Council welcomed them and wished them success. MOTION by Councilor Duncan seconded by Councilor Colston to approve the 1st & 3rd Class Liquor License to Dos Archivos, LLC dba The Archives, 41 & 45 Main St formerly Oak 45 as presented. Voted and passed 4-0. IV. Adjourn MOTION; by Councilor Duncan seconded by Councilor Myers to adjourn the meeting at 6:02 pm. Voted and passed 4-0.
