Regular items MOTION by Councilor Colston seconded by Councilor Duncan to approve the Restaurant License for Friend’s Nepali Restaurant and to approve the Second Class Liquor License for Chida Enterprises LLC/dba Sammy’s Quick Stop as presented. Voted and passed 4-0. IV.
