Adjourn MINUTES The Mayor called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. Deputy Mayor Colston led the Pledge of Allegiance. Members Present: Mayor Kristine Lott Councilors: Hal Colston, James Duncan, Michael Myers, Bryn Oakleaf. Officers Present: Phoebe Townsend and Jon Rauscher, Co-Interim City Managers, Janet Brouard, Sr Asst City Clerk, Angela Aldieri, Finance Director; Heather Carrington, Community and Economic Development Officer; Paul Sarne, Communications Coordinator; Ray Coffey, Community Services Director; Yasamin Gordon, Equity Director; John Audy, Fire Chief; Rick Hebert, Police Chief. Others Present: Town Meeting TV; Bhola Dhaurali, Fusion Café; Charlie Baker and Michael O’Brien, CCRPC; Meredith Bay-Tyak, Downtown Winooski; Steven Berbeco, Wendy Harrison. III. Regular Items a. Approval: 2021 Liquor License First Class, Third Class, Outside Consumption Permit and Restaurant License The Mayor introduced Bhola Dhaurali, owner of the Fusion Café & Bar located at 211 Main Street. Mr Dhaurali talked briefly about his business, saying they are excited to be in Winooski and they plan to open very soon. They are just waiting for approval. The Mayor thanked him for coming tonight and wished him the best. MOTON by Councilor Myers seconded by Councilor Colston to approve the First- and Third- Class Liquor Licenses, Outside Consumption Permit and the Restaurant License for Fusion Café & Bar as presented. Voted and passed 3-0. Councilor Oakleaf had audio trouble and did not vote. IV. Adjourn MOTION by Councilor Duncan seconded by Councilor Myers to adjourn the Liquor Control Board Meeting at 6:02 pm.
