Adjourn Minutes The Deputy Mayor called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. Councilor Oakleaf lead in the Pledge of Allegiance. Members Present: Deputy Mayor James Duncan Councilors: Bryn Oakleaf, Aurora Hurd, Thomas Renner Officers Present: Wendy Harrison, Interim City Manager; Angel Lane, Assistant City Clerk; Angela Aldieri, Finance Director; Paul Sarne, Communications Manager; Jon Rauscher, Public Works Director; Ray Coffey, Community Services Director; Yasamin Gordon, Equity Director; Jenny Willingham, City Clerk Others Present: Maggie, Conor Daley, Daisy Berbeco, Robert Millar, Town Meeting TV, Winooski City Hall a. Approval: Entertainment Permit MOTION: by Councilor Oakleaf second by Councilor Renner to approve the Entertainment Permits as presented. Voted and passed 3-0 b. Approval: Second Class Liquor License – 2022 Renewals MOTION: by Councilor Renner second by Councilor Oakleaf to approve the Second Class Liquor License – 2022 Renewals as presented. Voted and passed 3-0  c. Approval: First/Third Class Liquor License – 2022 Renewals MOTION: by Councilor Renner and second by Councilor Renner to approve the First/Third Class Liquor License – 2022 Renewals as presented with the addition of Four Quarters Brewing LLC 150 W Canal St First Class Liquor License. Voted and passed 3-0. d. Approval: Sidewalk Permit – 2022 Renewals Some discussion ensued regarding the use of the sidewalk space between Our House and Monkey House. City Clerk J Willingham stressed that going forward sketches will be required with the renewals to ensure clarity of the spaces being utilized. MOTION: by Councilor Oakleaf second by Councilor Hurd to approve as presented the Sidewalk Permit – 2022 Renewals as presented. Voted and passed 3-0 e. Approval: First Class Commercial Caterer – 2022 Renewals MOTION: by Councilor Renner second by Councilor Hurd to approve as presented the First Class Commercial Caterer – 2022 Renewals. Voted and passed 3-0 f. Approval: Sidewalk Permit (not a Liquor License) New MOTION: by Councilor Renner second by Councilor Hurd to approve as presented the Sidewalk Permit (not a Liquor License) New. Voted and passed 3-0 g. Approval: Outside Consumption Permit – 2022 Renewals Some discussion ensued regarding Regular Veterans Association – 84 Weaver St. The RVA was denied the Outside Consumption Permit last year. This then would have to be considered a new permit and not a renewal. It was decided to pull the RVA from this list of renewals and to seek public feedback on issuing them a new permit in the future. There was also some discussion on adjusting the hours on the application for Sour Hall Foods LLC dba Wicked Wings – 211 Main St #1. It was agreed upon to adjust the hours from 8am-2am to 11am to 11pm. MOTION: by Councilor Oakleaf second by Councilor Renner to approve the Outside Consumption Permit – 2022 Renewals as presented with the exception of the Regular Veterans Association – 84 Weaver St. MOTION by Councilor Oakleaf second by Councilor Renner to modify the hours of the Outside Consumption Permit for Sour Hall Foods LLC dba Wicked Wings – 211 Main St #1 to 11am to 11pm Voted and passed 3-0 IV. Adjourn MOTION: by Councilor Hurd second by Councilor Renner to adjourn the Liquor Control Board Meeting at 6:28 pm.
