Adjourn MINUTES The Mayor called the Liquor Control Board to order at 6:00 p.m. Deputy Mayor Duncan led in the Pledge of Allegiance. Second Class Liquor – Lara Trading LLC 357 Main Street- New 2022 MOTION: by Councilor Oakleaf second by Councilor Renner to approve the 2nd Class Liquor License for Lara Trading LLC as presented. Voted and passed 4-0. b. Second Class Liquor – A&A Asian Market – 12 Mallett’s Bay Ave – New 2022 Chief John Audy brought to the attention of the Council the 30+ outstanding violations on the property. MOTION: by Councilor Duncan second by Councilor Hurd to approve the 2nd Class Liquor license for A&A Asian Market as presented. Voted and passed 4-0. c. Sarom’s Café – 10 Manseau – Renewal – Restaurant Only MOTION: by Councilor Renner second by Councilor Oakleaf to approve the Restaurant Only License for Sarom’s Café a presented. Voted and passed 4-0. d. Mountain Valley Restaurant – 212 Main Street – New – Restaurant Only MOTION: by Councilor Hurd second by Councilor Renner to approve the Restaurant Only as presented. Voted and passed 4-0. IV. Adjourn MOTION: by Councilor Renner second by Councilor Oakleaf to approve the Restaurant Only License for Mountain Valley Restaurant as presented. Voted and passed 4-0.
