Adjourn MINUTES The Liquor Control Board Meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm by Mayor Lott. Councilor Oakleaf led in the Pledge of Allegiance. Members Present: Mayor Kristine Lott Councilors: Byrn Oakleaf, Aurora Hurd and Thomas Renner. Councilor Duncan was absent. Officers Present: Elaine Wang, City Manager; Paul Sarne, Communications Director; Angela Aldieri, Finance Director; Jenny Willingham, City Clerk; Jon Rauscher, Public Works Director; Ray Coffey, Community Services Director; Angel Lane, Assistant City Clerk Others Present: Berbecos, Hannah Kretvix, Michael Arnold, Austin Davis, Clayton Clark, Kevin Ryan, David Trainque, James Messedor and Connor Daley III. Regular Items – A. Discussion/Approval – Lara Trading LLC – Second Class License, Tobacco License, Tobacco Substitute Endorsement – Jenny Willingham, City Clerk City Clerk Jenny Willingham presented this item to Council. There was some discussion. MOTION: by Councilor Oakleaf second by Councilor Renner to approve Lara Trading LLC Second Class License, Tobacco License, Tobacco Substitute Endorsement as presented. Voted and passed 3-0. IV. Adjourn: MOTION: by Councilor Hurd second by Councilor Renner to adjourn the Liquor Control Board Meeting at 6:02 pm. Voted and passed 3-0.
