Liquor Control Board Meeting Monday, April 3, 2023, at 6 PM I. Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 6 PM. Members Present: Mayor Kristine Lott, Councilor Thomas Renner, Councilor Bryn Oakleaf, Councilor Aurora Hurd, and Councilor Charles Judge Officers Present: Jon Rauscher, Interim City Manager, Ray Coffey, Community Services Director, John Audy, Fire Chief, Paul Sarne, Communications Director, Jesse Acri, Human Resources Director, Jenny Willingham, City Clerk and Angela Aldieri, Finance Director Others Present: Connor Daley II. Pledge of Allegiance The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilor Renner III. Discussion/Approval: First/Third Class Liquor Licenses, Second Class Liquor Licenses, Outside Consumption and Sidewalk Use Permits Minutes: To approve the following renewal liquor licenses: First/Third Class: • Side B LLC d/b/a Onion City Chicken & Oyster- 3 E. Allen Ste. 2 • Big Red Presents LLC- d/b/a Misery Loves Company- 46 Main St. #C • SWJ Hospitality Inc. d/b/a Mule Bar- 38 Main St. • BRGRW LLC- d/b/a Grazers Winooski- 24 Main St. • Our House Bistro- 36 Main St. Second Class: • Big Red Presents LLC- d/b/a Misery Loves Co.- 46 Main St #C  Outside Consumption Permits and Sidewalk Use Permits: • Side B LLC- 3 Allen St. Ste.2 • Big Red Presents LLC- 46 Main St, #C • SWJ Hospitality Inc.- 38 Main St. • BRGRW LLC- 24 Main St. • Our House Bistro- 36 Main St. Motion: A motion was made Councilor Renner seconded by Councilor Judge to approve the above liquor licenses. Voted and passed 4-0 IV. Adjourn A motion by Councilor Renner seconded by Councilor Hurd to adjourn at 6:02 PM.
