Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 6:01 PM Members Present: Mayor Kristine Lott, Councilor Charles Judge, Councilor Aurora Hurd, Councilor Bryn Oakleaf Officers Present: Jon Rauscher, Interim City Manager, Jenny Willingham, City Clerk, Paul Sarne, Communications Director, Angela Aldieri, Finance Director, Ray Coffey, Community Services Director, John Audy, Fire Chief, Amanda Casper-McFadden, Assistant City Clerk, Jean Carlstedt, Temporary Assistant City Clerk Others Present: Lily Sickles, Standing Stone Wines LLC, Scott LaValley, Howard Center, Connor Daley II. Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilor Oakleaf III. Regular Items A. Discussion/Approval - Liquor Control License Applications - Jenny Willingham, City Clerk (Second Class Liquor License, New, Standing Stone Wines LLC- 33 Main Street) Minutes: Jenny Willingham and Lily Sickles presented Council with Standing Stone Wines LLC’s Second Class Liquor License Application for approval. Lily Sickles gave the Council an estimated opening date as well as general business plans to help integrate into the community. Motion: A motion was made by Councilor Hurd, seconded by Councilor Judge. Voted and passed 3-0 IV.
