Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 6 PM Members Present: Mayor Kristine Lott, Councilor Thomas Renner, Councilor Charles Judge, Councilor Aurora Hurd, Councilor Bryn Oakleaf Officers Present: Elaine Wang, City Manager, Paul Sarne, Communications Director, Jon Rauscher, Director of Public Works, Jesse Acri, Human Resources Director, John Audy Jr, Fire Chief, Jenny Willingham, City Clerk, Amanda Casper-McFadden, Assistant City Clerk Others Present: Connor Daley, Michelle Chairon, Kristin Lawson, Frankie (Liza) Nannie II. Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilor Thomas Renner. III. Regular Items a. Discussion/Approval: Mountain Valley Restaurant Application Minutes: Jenny Willingham, City Clerk, presented the Mountain Valley Restaurant Application to Council for the annual review and renewal for this establishment. Motion: A motion was made by Councilor Renner, seconded by Councilor Judge. Voted and passed 4-0. b. Hickok & River LLC (FKA Chicks Market) Second Class Liquor License, Tobacco License Minutes: Jenny Willingham, City Clerk introduced Michelle Chairon, the new supervisor of Chicks Market, to Council for approval and enthusiasm for continuing business in current location. The council expressed excitement over continuing business as well. Motion: A motion was made by Councilor Oakleaf, seconded by Councilor Hurd. Voted and passed 4-0.  c. Southern Smoke Foods - First Class Caterer Renewal Minutes: Jenny Willingham, City Clerk, presented Council with the renewal of Southern Smoke Foods First Class Caterer License. Motion: A motion was made by Councilor Renner, seconded by Councilor Hurd. Voted and passed 4-0. IV.
