Pledge of Allegiance Minutes: The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilor Oakleaf. III. Regular Items A. Approval: Hickok & River LLC (formerly known as Chicks Market) - 60 Hickok Street - Tobacco Substitute Endorsement, Restaurant Application (new) B. Sour Hall Foods (Wicked Wings) - 211 Main Street - Tobacco License C. Last Stop Sports Bar - 12 Malletts Bay Avenue - Restaurant Application (renewal) D. Morning Light Bakery - 106 E. Allen Street - Restaurant Application (new) E. Scout - 3 E. Allen Street - Restaurant Application (renewal) F. Mule Bar - 38 Main Street - Conditional Approval (Caterer, Liquor) - Winooski Pride Event on September 9, 2023  Minutes: Jenny Willingham, Clerk presented these applicants for Tobacco, Tobacco Endorsement, Restaurant applications and a Caterers’ License. Motion: A motion by Councilor Oakleaf seconded by Councilor Hurd to approve all of the applications. Voted and passed 4-0 Motion by Councilor Oakleaf seconded by Councilor Judge to adjourn the Liquor Control Board Meeting at 6:05 PM. IV.
