These are all establishments that have received these licenses in the past. Staff have recommended only conditional approvals for one or more of the reasons below: • annual inspection not completed • fees not paid • Certificate of Insurance not provided All applications are set to expire April 29, 2024. The State also has to approve, which they do after the local Liquor Control Board does. State approval typically takes 2-3 weeks, so staff is asking the Liquor Control Board to approve these conditionally at this meeting. A.
