Pledge of Allegiance was led by Deputy Mayor Renner III. Consent Agenda A. Approval: Scout - 3 East Allen Street - Sidewalk Permit (New, Conditional) Minutes: None. Motion: Motion made by Councilor Judge, seconded by Deputy Mayor Renner. Motion passed 4-0. IV. Adjourn Motion: A motion was made to adjourn by Councilor Oakleaf, seconded by Councilor Judge.
