Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM. Pledge of Allegiance was led by Deputy Mayor Renner III. Consent Agenda A. Approval: Four Quarters Brewing - 70 Main Street - Outside Consumption Permit (New) B. Approval: Mattarello Baked Goods - 25 Winooski Falls Way #110 - Sidewalk Permit (New) C. Approval: Golden Hour Gift Co - 17 East Allen Street - Sidewalk Permit (New) Minutes: Jenny Willingham, City Clerk presented Mattarello Baked Goods’ application for a Sidewalk Permit for approval to Council. Motion: A motion was made by Councilor Judge, seconded by Councilor Hurd. Voted and passed 3-0. Minutes: Jenny Willingham, City Clerk presented Golden Hour Gift Co’s application for a Sidewalk Permit for approval to Council. Motion: A motion was made by Councilor Renner, seconded by Councilor Judge. Voted and passed 3-0. Minutes: Jenny Willingham, City Clerk, introduced John Fenney, Four Quarters Brewing, to present council with his application for an Outside Consumption Permit. Discussion ensued. Motion: A motion was made by Councilor Judge, seconded by Councilor Renner. Voted and passed 3-0 IV. Adjourn Motion: A motion was made to adjourn by Councilor Hurd, seconded by Councilor Judge.
