I. Call to Order at 6:00 PM.
Members Present: Mayor Kristine Lott; Deputy Mayor Thomas Renner, Councilor Charles Judge, Councilor Bryn
Oakleaf, Councilor Aurora Hurd
Officers Present: Elaine Wang, City Manager; Paul Sarne, Communications Director; Ravi Venkataraman,
Director of Planning and Zoning; Jazmine Hurley, Housing Initiative Director; Jon Rauscher, Director of Public
Works; Angela Aldieri, Finance Director; Jenny Willingham, City Clerk; Ruby Tetrick, Assistant City Clerk

III. Consent Agenda

B. Approval: DLP d/b/a Dumb Luck Pub & Grill - 211 Main Street, Suite 1
• First Class Liquor License (New, Conditional)
• Third Class Liquor License (New, Conditional)
C. Approval: L.G. McKee d/b/a McKee's Original - 19 East Allen Street
• First Class Liquor License (New, Conditional)
• Third Class Liquor License (New, Conditional)
• Outside Consumption Permit (New, Conditional)
• Sidewalk Permit (New, Conditional)
D. Approval: John Ryan Post - 6 Maple Street
• Third Class Liquor License (Continuation)
Minutes: Ed and Patricia Boldwin, owners of Dumb Luck Pub & Grill introduced themselves to council and
expressed their excitement to open in Winooski. Lance McKee came to council with his plan to reopen McKee’s
Pub & Grill under the new name McKee’s Original. Mr. McKee also expressed his excitement for this new venture.
Motion: A motion was made to approve items A and D by Councilor Hurd, seconded by Councilor Oakleaf. Motion
carried 4-0.
A motion was made to conditionally approve item B by Councilor Judge, seconded by Councilor Oakleaf. Motion
carried 4-0.
A motion was made to conditionally approve item C by Councilor Oakleaf, seconded by Deputy Mayor Renner.
Motion carried 4-0.
IV. Adjourn
Motion: A motion to adjourn was made by Deputy Mayor Renner, seconded by Councilor Judge. Motion carried 4-
0.
