Approval: Nepali Grocery Store LLC - 12 Malletts Bay Avenue • Second Class Liquor License (New, Conditional) • Tobacco License (New, Conditional) • Tobacco Substitute (New, Conditional) Minutes: Jenny Willingham, City Clerk, presented item A on the Consent Agenda for approval. The store at this location is under new ownership and is seeking the licenses listed above. The licenses are being approved conditionally as the location has pending inspections. There are no other concerns at this time. Motion: A motion was made by Deputy Mayor Renner to conditionally approve the licenses, seconded by Councilor Judge. Motion carried 4-0. III. Adjourn Motion: A motion to adjourn was made by Deputy Mayor Renner, seconded by Councilor Judge. Motion carried 4-0. Meeting adjourned at 6:04 PM.
