Approval: Donwoori Korean LLC - 25 Winooski Falls Way Unit 107 • Restaurant Application (New, Conditional) • First Class Liquor License (New, Conditional) B. Approval: Lara Trading d.b.a Zero Market - 357 Main Street • Second Class Liquor License (Renewal, Conditional) • Tobacco Licence - (Renewal, Conditional) • Tobacco Substitute - (Renewal, Conditional) Minutes: Jenny Willingham, City Clerk, presented the two establishments, Donwoori Korean LLC and Lara Trading, seeking licenses. There were no concerns with the two establishments from city staff, and it was noted that the properties were waiting on inspections. Motion: A motion was made by Deputy Mayor Renner, seconded by Councilor Judge to approve the licenses. Motion carried 4-0. IV. Adjourn Motion: A motion to adjourn was made by Councilor Hurd, seconded by Councilor Oakleaf. Motion carried 4-0.
