Initial Discussion of Parking Updates – Housing Commission Recommendations PC would like Housing Commission to come to present their findings in relation to affordable housing. PC would also like to see a comprehensive parking study. VI. Continue Discussion on Form Based Code Architectural Standards PC agreed that Urban General and Urban Storefront where ground story exceeds 16’ can be considered to meet minimum height requirements. PC also agreed with roof types mentioned in section 604 D. We will revisit Building Form Standards at a future meeting. VII. Continue Discussion on Form Based Code Siting Standards None VIII. Department and City Updates The City was awarded a municipal planning grant and will use it to do a historic structures study. DRB voted to agree with the appeal of 18 Mansion St. lot. Part of the project is in E Court and part of it is in appeal with DRB. The project is on hold until E Court makes a judgment. Main St. Project, some buildings may be considered part of a historic neighborhood and the historic value of the neighborhood is being considered. That project is on hold.
