Update Statutory Report on Proposed Amendments to ULUDR Decision: 3 – 0 – 1 Motion by: Tommie Second: Brendan Eric provided an overview of the purpose for the meeting and the need to update the statutory report on the proposed amendments. He also reviewed the changes that were proposed, including the addition of language for clarification of how affordability would be calculated. Eric indicated that the text being added back was the same as language that was previously reviewed by the Planning Commission and removed since it didn’t provide any specific guidance on policy. After a brief discussion by the Planning Commission Tommie made a motion that was seconded by Brendan to approve the statutory report on the amendments to support priority housing. V.
