City Council and Department Updates l City Council seeking ARPA fund feedback from a wide range of peers. l Budget planning session to occur 10/17/2022. l Second Inclusion and Belonging Meeting to occur Thursday. V. Inclusion and Belonging Liaison Update VI. Review and Recommend Awards for COVID-19 Recovery Nonprofit Grant Program l Members received applications on Thursday, October 6, 2022 and did not have sufficient time to review the applications. l Commissioners to meet again on 11/1/2022 to review and recommend awards prepared with application grant scoring forms. l Commissioners to send Elaine Wang and Ray Coffey grant scoring information by: Friday, 10/28/2022. Commissioners will include top 4 preferential applications that meet criteria. l Aurora shared mission for Grant Program: City Council will focus on past, current, future needs caused by or exacerbated by COVID-19.
