Place of Meeting: Winterset City Hall PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above-mentioned governmental body will meet at the date, time and place above set out. The tentative agenda for said meeting is as follows: Agenda: 1. Approve the minutes of the June 1, 2023 meeting 2. Variance request for 1511 N 1st Street to cover and enclose patio on east side of property. 3. Added items David Thompson would like to cover and enclose the patio located on the east side of the property. By doing so, it would be on or almost on the east property line. A little bit of history on this property is that on April 22, 2008, the Board of Adjustment approved a Special Use Permit for an auto body repair shop. On June 7, 2018, a variance was granted for a walk-in cooler and smoker to encroach into the north setback. And lastly, on July 23, 2020, a variance was granted to build a cover on top of the smoker.
