Con nua ons: There was a Board Member absent and therefore not a quorum available for a vote. The following Agenda Items will be con nued un l the next mee ng on February 22nd, 2024. 1. 1001 Shirley Street (44-2023)- The Applicant’s A orney, Rebecca Edmondson-Korom, was present via Zoom and requested a con nuance along with the Board. Member Young mo oned for the con nuance un l the next mee ng on 2/22/24 and Member Wright seconded the mo on. All members voted in favor. 2. 74 Quincy Avenue- (45-2023)- The Applicant’s A orney, Rebecca Edmondson-Korom, was present via Zoom and requested a con nuance along with the Board. General Business:  December Minutes were reviewed and accepted. Member Wright mo oned to approve, and Member Young seconded the mo on. All members voted in favor.
