Does Rogers have input from public safety: WFD would have much more expertise on this matter. Other towns are having serious discussions regarding this same matter . Ron: chair notify the WFD and do a survey. GoGo has heaters but no tents. Do inspections and do citings if it's okay. We should defer to the WFD. Governor's office to extend license . the local license board has to give an extension. Motion by Marc to liquor license amended to be extended and remain consistent with governors order. allow up to 60 days. November 1st - all good this will allow a case by case basis to extend. (snow removal). Send a letter out to Liquor license holders for our current Nick Bracy on Lotus Market 09/17/2020. Cover Letter, insurance and application (Rizzo Insurance) Fall Grand Opening for artists and vendors. Having their goods at Lotus market for fall lines. No grand opening due to covid and construction. Just beer and wine (family event from 6-9pm) Nick is TIP certified One day license does not need to be advertised but Terry must review it.
