ABCC press release Section 12 licenses
closed by 9:30pm per the order
Ease of annual renewal requirements
Takeouts may renew providing they are not open to the public.
Take out alcohol - Lucky Garden and La Siesta were doing it.
May offer delivery and take out during the stay at home advisory.
No alcohol can be sold during that point in time.
Glasses should be Off the table by 9:30pm similar to a last call.

Guests use the Wifi
Guests of the hotels, can they stay in the lobby past 930pm ?
Or do they have to go up to their room at that time ?
If Holders fall under the same, all retail alcohol holders must close by 9:30pm
Per Ron, bars must be closed by 9:30pm
Hotel guests may bring drinks upstairs. No Common area beverages (Lobby of Hotel)
Restaurants should be empty by 930pm, all drinks off the table by 915pm
Crystal Cove and The Bed and Breakfast are not license holders.
Winthrop's Arms is a One Off.
Per Casey, he likes the idea of closing out by 9:15pm and being completed closed by 9:30pm
We can’t lessen the restrictions.

We are a high risk town per Steve Rogers
ABBC was here twice due to the rise.
Elks was closed due to spikes
Marc suggests Denise send a letter out especially to the clubs since the rise in Covid with social
gatherings.
Email from CPYC - B.O.H. is categorizing them as private clubs
They should be treated the same as restaurants. Everything off the tables by 930pm
Thursday - 10/08/2020
At 1:18am went to Viking Pub
4 unknown subjects were fighting. (Old Highschool dispute)
Anonymous caller walking through the center
No arguing inside per owner.
This will be noted for the record.
Hagman Road was discussed

License holders were being told multiple things at the same time.
