CDICR Minutes – Town Hall, Room 2, First Floor. Public commenters: Bybiose (Bee) Larochelle 1. Roll Call 6:05 PM 2. Minutes from April meetings  Minutes of April meeting passed by roll call vote. 3. Follow Up on Barbara Flockhart  The Commission had higher hopes for Councilor Flockhart. On the whole, we do not believe that she fully grasped the harm of her comments. None the less, we do not believe that further analysis would be fruitful beyond our previous recommendations to the Town Council. 4. Flag Policy  Given the recent legal decision on Boston’s flag policy by the State Supreme Court, the Commission advises the Town of Winthrop to pursue a minimal Flag Policy whereby only the United States, Massachusetts and POW-MIA flags are flown at Town properties. 5. DEI Website for School Dept.  Agenda item has been kicked again to next meeting due to Anita Preble’s absence. 6. Panel for LGBT+ / Trans Youth  Without a budget the Commission cannot spearhead programming events. 7. New / Renewed Members of Commission  No word from TC President or TC Clerk on new or continuing members.  Bybiose (Bee) Larochelle encouraged to apply. 8.
