Review items from last meeting o August 17 Accessible Event o Handicapped Parking Procedures: Denise will send an email to get status of Faun Bar and library signs STATUS o Karla will design rollout flyer for guides (sent; Denise will put in newsletter AFTER PDF of guide is on the webpage) o Karla will send link to PDF to Denise (DONE); DO WE WANT TO PAY FOR FLIPBOOK? o Denise will put PDF link on the commission page o Hannah will write up something about the commission for the Transcript; Denise will send email to commission members for input/approval of material for Transcript STATUS o Karla will send Soc Security flyer to Denise for inclusion in newsletter (DONE); UPDATE ON PRESENTATION o Link presentations on our web page STATUS o Karla will reach out to Kathleen about Insurance workshop: finalize date and design flyer with title/description; forward to Senior Center; DONE o Denise will link the Guardianship zoom presentation to our web page; Matt Roads arranged filming by WCAT of the Feb 28 presentation on Social Security o Denise will contact Hingham Commission to see the process for applying for the MOD grant; all members can access their on the Hingham website ADA Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan | Hingham, MA o Statement regarding 22G Funds o TIP Project 2.
