Reconvene to Open Session
Thornton/Kalepp motion to allow Scott Jalling and Officer Jake Haugstad into closed session
Announce recommendations.
Kalepp/Wilczek motion to open session and approve Chief Fehlman’s increase of .87 per hour starting 1.1.2025

Officer Interviews and Intended Officer Job Offer a Wilczek/Shelton motion to allow Scott Jalling, Officer Jake
Haugstad, Chief Fehlman and Clerk Rau to participate in the closed session.
Reconvene to Open Session
Lingren/Kalepp motion to reconvene into open session and announce recommendations to offer the job to a
qualified candidate pending background check, drug screening, and medical. The qualified candidate accepted
offer and would work 10 hr. evening shifts, starting pay at the 5-year tier in the union contract.
