TIF Annual Meeting

Box A * Withee, Wisconsin 54498 The Standing Joint Review Board met on April 19, 2022, in the Municipal Building, Conference Room at 1:30 pm for the TID Annual meeting and resolution supporting special legislation to extend TID No.1 with Webex videoconference available for attendees. ROLL CALL Chair Everett Lindgren called the meeting to order. Roll call was answered by Everett Lindgren for the Village of Withee, Bob Houts for Owen-Withee School District, Dan Hiipakka as Withee community member, and Angela Eckman for Chippewa Valley Technical College (Webex). Absent was the Clark County representative. Clerk Niemi recorded the minutes. Also present were Village auditor, April Anderson, from CLA (Webex) and Cindy Cardinal. TID FINANCIAL STATEMENTS Members reviewed the financial statements of TID No. 1, 2 and 3 as presented. No questions were asked regarding the reports. RESOLUTION TO SUPPORT SPECIAL LEGISLATION Angela Eckman asked if there was any development in TID No. 1. Clerk Niemi responded that there is a business going in on the west side of County Road T and a trucking terminal and car wash being built on the east side of County Road T all in the TID district. A Houts/Hiipakka motion to pass the Joint Review Board Resolution #01- 04-2022 supporting special legislation for an extension by an additional 10 years to the Tax Incremental District No. 1 carried with all ayes.
