There was a regular meeting of the Wonewoc Village Board at the Village Hall in the
Village of Wonewoc at 6:00 p.m. 2-28-24.

Minutes of Previous Meeting: Motion to accept by Stokes, 2nd by Schmidt – passed.
1. Motion to commend Steve Wybron for voluntarily clearing fire hydrants after a fierce
snowstorm which aided the Wonewoc Fire Dept in extinguishing a full engaged
house fire by Schumann, 2nd by Schmidt - passed.
2. Motion to approve Operator License to Whitney Smith (Corkscrew) by Roraff, 2nd by
Roehling - passed.
3. Motion to approve Staab Construction $2,996.00 Change Order #1 by Schumann,
2nd by Stokes – passed.
4. Motion to approve Meyer Oil quote of $5,501.40 for a 530-gallon double wall diesel
fuel tank by Schmidt, 2nd by Roraff – passed.
5. Motion to approve increasing Tom Brummeyer’s hours from 250 to, not to exceed
1,000, during the Police Chief vacancy by Kucher, 2nd by Roraff - passed.
6. Motion to approve art design of vendor, Peter Krsko for WDC Vibrant Spaces Grant
and consent for the proposed mural artwork to be painted on Village property by
Stokes, 2nd by Roehling - passed.
7. Motion to approve Revised Quarles & Brady Proposed Bond Issuance of
$3,504,000 for the USDA Treatment Grant by Schumann, 2nd by Roehling - passed.
8. Motion to adjourn at 7:12 by Kucher, 2nd by Roraff.
