(E) of Section 5.03.41 of the Code of Ordinances (E) Standby Service and place on November Agenda. by Kucher, 2nd by Roraff – passed 1. NO MOTION to Reconsider the Adoption of the 2025 General Budget. 2. Motion to move forward to consider the acceptance of a 99-year lease proposal by the Wonewoc Area Lion’s Club to take over the FEMA lots from 201 Washington St. to 307 on Washington Street (9 Lots) and 201– 203 on West Street (2 Lots) pending FEMA final sign off on the 2018 Flood Grant and FEMA/WDNR approval on the Lion’s Club proposed projects by Schumann, 2nd by Roraff - passed 3. Motion to approve Operator Licenses for Karen Kretche, Cindy Satona, Justin Phillips, Melissa Hatcher, Kristi Phephles and Susan Becker (Cracker Jax) by Stokes, 2nd by Roehling - passed 4. Motion to approve 2024 Juneau County All Hazards Mitigation Plan by Roraff, 2nd by Roehling - passed 5. Motion to TABLE Ordinance No 2024-05. Removing “Standy By” service fee by Stokes, 2nd by Roraff – passed. 6. Motion to approve a refund to sewer customers at 108 W. Carter Street because elevation is too low and cannot connect to village sewer main and refund 6 years of overpayment by Kucher, 2nd by Schumann - passed. 7.
