3) Approval of the bills submitted for payment for the period August 31, 2023, to September 13, 2023, as
printed. (Expenditures pertaining to the Local Government Travel Expense Control Act: None)
4) Approval of the Financial Statement ending August 31, 2023, as printed.

6) Approval of an ordinance amending City Code 90-7, Title XI: Business Regulations, Chapter 112:
Alcoholic Beverages, Section 112.25 Limit on Number of Licenses, (A) changing the number of tavern
licenses in District 2 from thirteen to fourteen and (C) changing the number of liquor store licenses in
District 2 from fourteen to fifteen.
7) Approval of an ordinance approving reimbursement of redevelopment costs with the Wood River
Fraternal Order of Eagles #2773 for TIF assistance at 74 E. Ferguson, as submitted by the TIF
Committee.
8) Approval of an ordinance declaring Parcel ID’s 19-2-08-27-06-105-031, 19-2-08-27-06-105-030, and
19-2-08-27-06-105-029, commonly known as 423 and 441 Madison Avenue, Wood River, IL 62095,
and zoned MR-3 Multi-Family as surplus and authorizing requests for proposals, as submitted by the
City Manager.
9) Approval of a resolution declaring the accessory structure(s) located at Parcel ID
19-2-08-27-06-104-036, commonly known as 403 E. Ferguson, Wood River, IL 62095, unsafe and a
public nuisance and authorizing the Prosecuting Attorney to proceed with legal action.
10) Approval of a resolution to apply for funding from the 2023 Illinois Transportation Alternatives
Program (TAP) for a Safe Routes to School (SRTS) Project.
11) Approval of a recess to hold a closed session to discuss matters pertaining to Personnel
(5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (1)).
