Specifically, the applicant is proposing the removal of the unpermitted retaining walls and replacing them with a tiered vegetated wall system to improve stability. Additionally, the applicant is proposing the repair of an existing dock, construction of a pathway to the shoreline from the existing single-family home on the property, and the repair of the existing concrete bulkhead that is located along the original waterline. The hearing examiner will hear staff's conclusions regarding the Shoreline Substantial Development Permit (SSDP) and Shoreline Conditional Use Permit (SCUP) associated with these project(s), as well as hear any public comment, at the scheduled public hearing at 10 AM on June 2nd, 2023.
