The Livestock and Equestrian Heritage Committee may take action on any item listed in the agenda. Agenda Call to Order Roll Call (Five members in attendance required for a quorum) Public Communications: Persons wishing to address the Committee on any appropriate subjects are invited to do so. Approval of Minutes from October 25, 2023. Old Business: 1. Health and Safety– Report from Subcommittee. Continuing discussion on existing issues and town operations such as improper parking on trails, stabling, environmental impact on livestock. a. Meeting with town on guidelines for parking on trails, pending new staff.  2. Public Outreach – Report from Subcommittee. Continuing discussion on existing issues related to educational projects such as signage, website, publications, accomplishments of local equestrians. a. Status of revisions to booklet – Keeping Horses in Woodside b. Concept for adding FAQ proposed c. Timing of charter revision vs publication d. Revision of Town of Woodside website timeline and format guidelines New Business: 1. New Barn review: Review of a new barn on a lot located at 300 Family Farm Road Member Communications 1. Report from Trails Committee meeting Next Meeting: January 24, 2024 Any writings or documents provided to a majority of the Livestock and Equestrian Heritage Committee regarding any item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection at the Administration counter at Town Hall located at 2955 Woodside Road, during normal business hours.
