Call to Order: 5:54pm
Roll Call: Kristina Chancholo, Fentress Hall, Phillip Bellamy, Lexi Bartlo, Diane Garcia, John
Matheny, Melinda Stoker
Guest: Kevin Bryant and Sarah Filipe
Public Communications:
Persons wishing to address the Committee on any appropriate subjects are invited to do so. Please
note, however, that the Committee is not able to undertake extended discussion or to act on non-
agenda items. Such items can be referred to staff for appropriate action, which may include
placement on a future agenda. As a courtesy to others, the communications should be kept to a
three-minute limit.
Approval of Minutes from October 25, 2023. Diane Garcia approved and Lexi Bartlo 2nd
Old Business:
1. Health and Safety– Report from Subcommittee. Continuing discussion on existing issues
and town operations such as improper parking on trails, stabling, environmental impact on
livestock.
a. Meeting with town on guidelines for parking on trails, pending new staff. No

2. Public Outreach – Report from Subcommittee. Continuing discussion on existing issues
related to educational projects such as signage, website, publications, accomplishments of
local equestrians. Subcommittee met and will continue to meet. In the FAQ section
on the website we should add information about building barns on private
properties to help streamline the process
a. Status of revisions to booklet – Keeping Horses in Woodside Members should
type put their respective sections and send them to the sub committee
b. Concept for adding FAQ proposed
c. Timing of charter revision vs publication
d. Revision of Town of Woodside website timeline and format guidelines
New Business:
1. New Barn review: Review of a new barn on a lot located at 300 Family Farm Road. The
LEHC committee gave feedback for ASRB and the applicant. Sarah Filipe took
notes for ASRB and will send the notes to Fentress Hall, LEHC co-chair.
