THE WOODWARD MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WOODWARD, WOODWARD COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SESSION IN THE CITY COMMISSION ROOM OF CONVENTION HALL ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 2013, AT 7:00 P.M. (As prescribed by law, meeting notice and agenda were filed with the Office of the City Clerk at 3:15 p.m., and posted at City Hall at 3:30 a.m. on November 15, 2013.) The Chairman called the meeting to order, declaring a quorum present. PRESENT: Gary Goetzinger Chairman Steve Bogdahn Trustee Roscoe Hill Trustee Michelle Williamson Trustee John Meinders Trustee Alan Riffel City Manager Catherine Coleman Secretary Aaron Sims City Attorney ABSENT: Doug Haines Assistant City Manager/CFO The Consent Docket was presented to the Authority for consideration. Items on the Consent Docket were as follows: A. Approve minutes of the regular meeting of November 4, 2013. B. Acknowledge receipt of Permit No. WL000077130811 for the construction of 4115 L.F. of 10-inch PVC water supply pipe to serve the City of Woodward, Woodward County, Oklahoma. C. Approve Financial Report for the month of October, 2013. There being no items removed, Trustee Bogdahn made a motion, seconded by Trustee Williamson, to approve the Consent Docket as presented. ROLL CALL AYES: Bogdahn, Williamson, Hill, Meinders, Goetzinger NAYS: None The motion carried. Item three on the agenda was to consider and take action with respect to an Executive Session pursuant to 25 O.S. Section 307 (b)(3) to discuss the purchase or appraisal of real property. Trustee Bogdahn made a motion, seconded by Trustee Williamson, to adjourn to Executive Session. ROLL CALL AYES: Bogdahn, Williamson, Goetzinger, Hill, Meinders NAYS: None The motion carried. At 7:25 p.m., Chairman Goetzinger, Trustees Hill, Williamson, Bogdahn, and Meinders, City Manager Riffel, and City Attorney Sims adjourned to Executive Session. At 8:04 p.m., Chairman Goetzinger, Trustees Hill, Williamson, Bogdahn, and Meinders, City Manager Riffel, and City Attorney Sims returned from Executive Session. Item four on the agenda was to consider and take action with respect to reconvening into Regular Session. Trustee Meinders made a motion, seconded by Trustee Hill, to reconvene into Regular Session. ROLL CALL AYES: Meinders, Hill, Goetzinger, Bogdahn, Williamson NAYS: None The motion carried. Chairman Goetzinger announced that in executive session a potential purchase of real property was discussed, and that no votes and no actions were taken. Item five on the agenda was to consider and take action with respect to approval or disapproval of purchase of real property. Trustee Goetzinger announced that no action would be taken at this time.
