THE WOODWARD MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WOODWARD, WOODWARD COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL ON MONDAY, April 19, 2021, AT 7:00 P.M. (As prescribed by law, meeting notice and agenda were filed with the Office of the City Clerk at 8:05 a.m. and posted at City Hall at 8:15 a.m. on April 16, 2021.) Chairman Meinders called the meeting to order, declaring a quorum present. PRESENT: Steve Bogdahn Vice Chairman Sandi Liles Trustee Steve Bogdahn Trustee John Brown Trustee Tom Fisher Trustee Alan Riffel City Manager Shaun Barnett Assistant City Manager Andrea Murlin Secretary Aaron Sims City Attorney ABSENT: John Meinders Chairman The Consent Docket was presented to the Authority for approval. Items on the Consent Docket were as follows: A. Approve minutes of the regular meeting of April 5, 2021. B. Approve Financial Reports for the month of March, 2021. There being no items removed, Trustee Liles made a motion, seconded by Trustee Fisher, to approve the Consent Docket as presented. ROLL CALL AYES: Liles, Fisher, brown, Bogdahn NAYS: None ABSENT: Meinders The motion carried. Item three on the agenda is to consider and take action with respect to approval or disapproval of Management Agreement between the City of Woodward, Woodward Municipal Authority and K&T Catering, LLC, relative to miniature golf and paddle boat operations at Crystal Beach Park. Trustee Liles made a motion, seconded by Trustee Fisher to approve the agreement as presented.
