THE WOODWARD MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WOODWARD, WOODWARD COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL ON MONDAY, MARCH 7, 2022, AT 7:00 P.M. (As prescribed by law, meeting notice and agenda were filed with the Office of the City Clerk at 9:10 a.m. and posted at City Hall at 9:20 a.m. on March 4, 2022.) Vice-Chairman Bogdahn called the meeting to order, declaring a quorum present. PRESENT: Tom Fisher Vice-Chairman Sandi Liles Trustee John Brown Trustee John Meinders Trustee Shaun Barnett City Manager Andrea Murlin Secretary Aaron Sims City Attorney ABSENT: Steve Bogdahn Chairman The Consent Docket was presented to the Authority for approval. Items on the Consent Docket were as follows: A. Approve minutes of the regular meeting of February 22, 2022. There being no items removed, Trustee Liles made a motion, seconded by Trustee Brown, to approve the Consent Docket as presented. ROLL CALL AYES: Liles, Brown, Fisher, Meinders NAYS: None ABSENT: Bogdahn The motion carried.
