THE WOODWARD MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WOODWARD, WOODWARD COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL ON TUESDAY, JUNE 20, 2023, AT 7:00 P.M. (As prescribed by law, meeting notice and agenda were filed with the Office of the City Clerk at 11:00 a.m. and posted at City Hall at 11:15 a.m. on June 16, 2023.) Chairman Fisher called the meeting to order, declaring a quorum present. PRESENT: Tom Fisher Chairman John Brown Trustee John Meinders Trustee Hunter Wellman Trustee Shaun Barnett City Manager Michael Jones Assistant City Manager Andrea Murlin Secretary Aaron Sims City Attorney The Consent Docket was presented to the Authority for approval. Items on the Consent Docket were as follows: A. Approve minutes of the regular meeting of June 5, 2023. B. Approve Financial Reports for the Month of May 2023. C. Approve Supplemental Budget Amendment No. 2 to the FY 2022-2023 WMA Fund Budget. There being no items removed, Trustee Wellman made a motion, seconded by Trustee Brown, to approve the consent docket as presented. ROLL CALL AYES: Wellman, Brown, Meinders, Fisher NAYS: None The motion carried. Item three on the agenda was to consider and take action with respect to approval or disapproval of Employment Agreement between the City of Woodward, Woodward Municipal Authority, and Mr. Shaun Barnett. Trustee Meinders made a motion, seconded by Trustee Brown, to approve the agreement as presented.
