THE WOODWARD MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WOODWARD, WOODWARD COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL ON MONDAY, JUNE 17, 2024, AT 7:00 P.M. (As prescribed by law, meeting notice and agenda were filed with the Office of the City Clerk at 10:25 a.m. and posted at City Hall at 10:35 a.m. on June 14, 2024.) Chairman Fisher called the meeting to order, declaring a quorum present. PRESENT: Tom Fisher Chairman John Brown Trustee John Meinders Trustee Hunter Wellman Trustee Michael Jones Assistant City Manager Andrea Murlin Secretary Aaron Sims City Attorney ABSENT: Debbie Covalt Trustee Shaun Barnett City Manager The Consent Docket was presented to the Authority for approval. Items on the Consent Docket were as follows: A. Approve minutes of the special meeting of June 6, 2024. B. Approve Financial Reports for the month of April 2024. C. Approve Supplemental Budget Amendment No. 1 to the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 WMA Debt Service Fund. There being no items removed, Trustee Wellman made a motion, seconded by Trustee Brown, to approve the Consent Docket as presented. ROLL CALL AYES: Wellman, Brown, Meinders, Fisher NAYS: None ABSENT: Covalt The motion carried. Item three on the agenda was to consider and take action with respect to approval or disapproval of Agreement for Professional Services between the City of Woodward, Woodward Municipal Authority and Parkhill relative to Woodward 2024 FAP Waterline Replacement. Assistant City Manager Jones stated that item and the following two items will provide engineering services in reference to the OWRB loan. He further stated that Parkhill normally provides these types of services. Following discussion, Trustee Wellman made a motion, seconded by Trustee Meinders, to approve the agreement as presented. ROLL CALL AYES: Wellman, Meinders, Fisher, Brown NAYS: None ABSENT: Covalt The motion carried. Item four on the agenda was to consider and take action with respect to approval or disapproval of Agreement for Professional Services between the City of Woodward, Woodward Municipal Authority and Parkhill relative to Woodward 2024 FAP Sewer Line Replacement. Trustee Meinders made a motion, seconded by Trustee Brown, to approve the agreement as presented. ROLL CALL AYES: Meinders, Brown, Fisher, Wellman NAYS: None ABSENT: Covalt The motion carried. Item five on the agenda was to consider and take action with respect to approval or disapproval of Agreement for Professional Services between the City of Woodward, Woodward Municipal Authority and Parkhill relative to Woodward 2024 FAP Tank Rehabilitation. Trustee Brown made a motion, seconded by Trustee Meinders, to approve the agreement as presented. ROLL CALL AYES: Brown, Meinders, Fisher, Wellman NAYS: None ABSENT: Covalt The motion carried.
