THE WOODWARD MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WOODWARD, WOODWARD COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL ON MONDAY, AUGUST 15, 2024, AT 7:00 P.M. (As prescribed by law, meeting notice and agenda were filed with the Office of the City Clerk at 8:52 a.m. and posted at City Hall at 9:05 a.m. on August 16, 2024.) Chairman Fisher called the meeting to order, declaring a quorum present. PRESENT: Tom Fisher Chairman John Brown Trustee Debbie Covalt Trustee Hunter Wellman Trustee Shaun Barnett City Manager Michael Jones Assistant City Manager Andrea Murlin Secretary Aaron Sims City Attorney ABSENT: John Meinders Trustee The Consent Docket was presented to the Authority for approval. Items on the Consent Docket were as follows: A. Approve minutes of the regular meeting of August 5, 2024. B. Approve Financial Reports for the month of June 2024. There being no items removed, Trustee Covalt made a motion, seconded by Trustee Wellman, to approve the consent docket as presented. ROLL CALL AYES: Covalt, Wellman, Fisher, Brown NAYS: None ABSENT: Meinders The motion carried. Item three on the agenda was to consider and take action with respect to approval or disapproval of Supplemental Agreement Task Order TO-05 Agreement to Construct Connecting Taxiway to Runway 5-23 at WWR. Trustee Brown made a motion, seconded by Trustee Wellman, to approve the agreement as presented.  ROLL CALL AYES: Brown, Wellman, Fisher, Covalt NAYS: None ABSENT: Meinders The motion carried Item four on the agenda was to consider and take action with respect to approval or disapproval of Task Order 12 Design of Runway 17-35 Rehabilitation at West Woodward Airport. Trustee Wellman made a motion, seconded by Trustee Covalt, to approve the Task Order as presented. ROLL CALL AYES: Wellman, Covalt, Fisher, Brown NAYS: None ABSENT: Meinders The motion carried. Item five on the agenda was to consider and take action with respect to approval or disapproval of Lease Agreement between the City of Woodward, Woodward Municipal Authority and Garfield County Child Advocacy Council, Inc. (GCCAC). Trustee Brown made a motion, seconded by Trustee Covalt, to approve the agreement presented. ROLL CALL AYES: Brown, Covalt, Fisher, Wellman NAYS: None ABSENT: Meinders The motion carried.
