THE WOODWARD MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WOODWARD, WOODWARD COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2025, AT 7:00 P.M. (As prescribed by law, meeting notice and agenda were filed with the Office of the City Clerk at 8:06 a.m. and posted at City Hall at 8:15 a.m. on February 14, 2025.) Chairman Fisher called the meeting to order, declaring a quorum present. PRESENT: Tom Fisher Chairman John Brown Trustee John Meinders Trustee Hunter Wellman Trustee Debbie Covalt Trustee Michael Jones Assistant City Manager Andrea Murlin Secretary Aaron Sims City Attorney ABSENT: Shaun Barnett City Manager The Consent Docket was presented to the Authority for approval. Items on the Consent Docket were as follows: A. Approve minutes of the regular meeting of February 3, 2025. B. Approve Financial Reports for the month of January 2025. There being no items removed, Trustee Wellman made a motion, seconded by Trustee Covalt, to approve the consent docket as presented. ROLL CALL AYES: Wellman, Covalt, Fisher, Brown, Meinders NAYS: None The motion carried. Item three on the agenda was to consider and take action with respect to approval or disapproval of bids relative to Woodward 2024 OWRB FAP Tank Rehabilitation, FAP 24-0014-L project. Trustee Meinders made a motion, seconded by Trustee Wellman to approve the bid as presented. ROLL CALL AYES: Meinders, Wellman, Covalt, Brown, Fisher  NAYS: None The motion carried.
