Announcements: Displays: The library has 2 displays featuring Disability Pride stories, music, resources, and giveaways, details can be found on the website, but there is a daily link so it is on our calendar all month long but can be viewed here: https://mywpl.libnet.info/event/16902627 It is worth noting that two of the library’s recurring programs consistently attract participants through partnerships with local organizations that serve adults with disabilities: DeStress with Dogs and DIY Crafts. Today's DIY Crafts program welcomed 26 participants, including 12 residents from a local group serving 3  individuals with disabilities, who enjoyed creating artwork with homemade puff paint. These programs continue to provide meaningful opportunities for creativity, social connection, and community engagement and are part of our commitment of inclusion being a daily goal. Next Accessibility Advisory Commission Meeting - Tuesday, August 18, 2026 – 4:30pm The Massachusetts Office on Disability (MOD) will hold an people who have completed the 2-day Community Access Monitor (CAM) training previously. The training will occur over ZOOM on Thursday, July 30th, 2026, from 10 am – 3 pm. There will be no cost to attend this training. Contact MOD for link.
