PUBLIC WORKS/ENFORCEMENT OFFICER REPORT FOSTER CORRESPONDENCE AND REPORT WYALUSING MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY LIAISON REPORT ➢ A motion to appoint Heather VanDeMark to the Wyalusing Municipal Authority Board. ➢ A motion to appoint John Keeney to the Wyalusing Municipal Authority Board. CORRESPONDENCE ➢ Wyalusing Borough Council minutes June 12, 2023 ➢ Wyalusing Municipal Authority minutes June 13, 2023 ➢ Public Works/Code Enforcer Report ➢ Impact Fee amount to the Wyalusing Borough. NEW BUSINESS ➢ A motion to accept the resignation of Councilmen Steven Lewis, effective July 1, 2023. ➢ A motion to approve resolution 2023-5 appointing Dee Huber to fill vacant council seat until January 2, 2023. ➢ A motion to approve resolution 2023-4 to open the 2023 budget to deposit Impact Fee Money. ➢ A motion to approve Borough Secretary’s vacation November 27th Through December 1, 2023. Returning to work on December 5th. WMA secretary will cover December 4th council meeting.
