APPEAL #3403 Shannon Dubowsky, 3138 Biddle, Wyandotte (appellant) and Jeremy Sladovnik, 3041 Biddle, Wyandotte (owner) for a variance to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy for a tattoo business at 3138 Biddle (Lot 7, Block 72) in a CBD zoning district, where the proposed conflicts with Sections 190.170 and 190.171 of the Wyandotte Zoning Ordinance. Sections 190.170 and 190.171: A tattoo parlor is neither a principal permitted use nor a special land use of the Central Business District. OTHER BUSINESS: 1. none.
