CALL TO ORDER
Mayor pro tern Jeff Forrester, Chair, called the interview session to order at 5: 32 p. m. Present were Councilman
David R. Duke and Councilman Scott Williams.
Also present were staff members Stephanie Storm, City Secretary, and Erin Day, Assistant to the City Secretary.
INTERVIEWS CONDUCTED
Staff liaisons interviewed included: Parks and Recreation Board and Parks and Recreation 4B Board liaison Brent
Stowers; Library Board liaison Ofilia Barrera; Public Arts Advisory Board liaison Carole Ehrlich; Planning and
Zoning Commission and Zoning Board of Adjustment Board liaison Jasen Haskins; Historic Review Commission
and Cemetery Advisory Board liaison Renae 011ie; Construction Code Board liaison Bret McCullough; and Animal
Shelter Advisory Board staff liaison Sheila Patton.
Applicants interviewed included: Gino Mulliqi, Sarah Kewak, Allison Stowe, Toshia Kimball, Laurie Sargent,

Justin Strauch, John Straube, Keith Scruggs, Susan Cranford, Todd Cranford, Randall Zabojnik, Melisa Whitehead,
Karen Newman, Harold Smith, and Michael Sutera.
Applicants not present included: Temilola Majekodunmi, Cornelius Macarthy, and Craig Allen.
The panel took a break from 6: 49- 6: 59 p. m.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further interviews to conduct, the session was adjourned at 8: 03 p. m.

Wylie Board and Commission Interview Panel

Council Chambers - 300 Country Club Road, Building #100, Wylie, Texas 75098
The City of Wylie Boards and Commissions Interview Panel will be interviewing applicants for consideration of
appointments to Wylie Boards and Commissions.
Applicants have been scheduled to be interviewed by the Interview Panel on the posted dates. The public is invited
to attend.
All discussions will be in open session and the panel will make its recommendations to the entire Council at the
June 14, 2022 Regular City Council meeting. The City Council then officially accepts nominations and votes on
the appointments.
After the appointments are official, all board members are sworn in and administered their oath of office prior to
their first board or commission meeting in July. Terms of office are generally two-years beginning in July.
A quorum of the City Council members may or may not be present for these interviews. No action of the City
Council will be taken at these interview meetings.
