Wylie Municipal Walking Trails Artist/Community Input Meeting August 10, 2023 – 6:00 PM Council Chambers - 300 Country Club Road, Building #100, Wylie, Texas 75098 CALL TO ORDER DISCUSSION ITEMS DS1. Input and discussion will take place for the 4 semi-final artists regarding the art for the Municipal Walking Trails Phase 2, (2 art pieces). The public is invited to make comments to the semi-final artists who will be in attendance, regarding what they would like to see as the history of the Blackland Prairie and Caddo tribes that hunted the land years ago. These pieces will be located at two sites behind Wylie City Hall and the Recreation Center along the walking trails. No action will be taken however we encourage the pubic to attend. Semi-final artists include: Eric Nubbe Yoshi Wright, Patrick Sullivan, and Sonny Behan. A quorum of the Trails selection panel and/or the Public Art Advisory Board may be present but will take no action.
